In case you are not satisfied with reading from your psychic or encountered a technical issue, kindly report to Customer Services within 24 hours through the Live Chat or Contact Us page so we could investigate the issue.

Note: Any compensation or credit for the minutes will be at the sole discretion of MysticSense following the outcome of the investigation.
